Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Groups

When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Cleanliness

Mixed signals: several guests note daily cleaning and generally tidy areas, but others explicitly cite poor/general hygiene and maintenance issues (e. g. , broken lift impacting cleanliness perception).

Service

Consistently praised staff: many comments highlight friendly, helpful and attentive front desk and breakfast service, though a few reviews note staff unable to resolve specific operational issues.

Location

Very strong consensus: numerous reviews call the location excellent or very good (close to Termini and restaurants), making location a clear strength.

Room Quality

Several guests report small or cramped rooms, old bathrooms and dark rooms; some positive notes on comfort in certain rooms, but overall room size/age are recurring negatives.

Luxurious Accommodation

Moderno Hotel Roma, just a stone's throw away from Rome’s Termini Train Station, offers modern, air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a 39” LCD TV. The suites provide extra comfort with a separate seating area and a well-equipped private bathroom.

Delicious Dining Options

Indulge in a generous buffet breakfast featuring a variety of pastries, cheeses, and cold cuts. For lunch and dinner, savor authentic Roman dishes at the hotel's restaurant.
