Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Mixed reports: several guests noted bathroom dirtiness, wet floors from shower (no proper partition) and some towels with odour; others found rooms generally clean.

Service

Consistently praised staff: friendly, helpful reception (named staff called out) and good local recommendations; one serious negative incident where a staff member entered a guest room unexpectedly.

Location

Widely praised: excellent central location, many restaurants and easy access to attractions; repeatedly highlighted as a primary strength.

Room Quality

Generally comfortable rooms and beds with some positive features (spacious rooms for some, good AC); but some rooms show aging equipment, simple furnishings and shower layout can cause wet floors.

Amenities

Mixed amenities: strong points include effective AC, minibar and lift; common missing item is an in-room kettle and occasional burnt-out bulbs or minor maintenance issues.

Value for Money

Split sentiment: many guests felt the hotel offered good value for price, while a few considered it overpriced for a 3-star property (one cited ~€300/night).

Welcome to Hotel Quartier Latin, your charming retreat in the heart of Paris’ Latin Quarter.

Exceptional Accommodations: Relax in one of our 29 elegantly designed guestrooms, featuring minibars, flat-screen TVs, and complimentary Wi-Fi to keep you connected during your stay.
