Mostly clean rooms and spotless bedding reported by several guests, but recurring housekeeping lapses (missed second-day cleaning, failure to refill amenities) lower the score.

Staff frequently described as friendly and helpful (late check-in, early room access), though a few reports mention a brusque or nonchalant attitude and an expeditious tone at times.

Numerous guests praised the central location and proximity to restaurants/Old Town; a minority noted issues with the neighbourhood (homeless shelter, less-frequented area) which tempers the rating.
